LA CROSSE, Wis. — Becca Dup (Albert Lea, Minn.) put together a record-setting performance Thursday evening at the UW-La Crosse Last Chance Meet.

Now the Cardinal junior will have to wait and see if that effort is good enough to earn her a berth in the upcoming NCAA Division III Outdoor National Championships.

Dup, who blew away the rest of the field in winning the triple jump at last weekend's MIAC Championships—and appears a near-shoe-in for the NCAA Championships in the long jump, sitting 13th in the nation with her 5.74-meter effort—posted this season's eighth-best triple jump in NCAA Division III on Thursday, uncorking a school-record jump of 11.83 meters.

Dup wasn't the only Cardinal in a record-setting mood on Thursday, either.

Maria Missurelli (Franklin, Wis.), coming off a record-setting showing at the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championships—winning the pole vault with a then-school-record 3.56-meter effort—shattered that mark on Thursday, clearing 3.62 meters. That effort left the Cardinal senior 30th on the NCAA performance list, keeping her slim hopes of a national championship berth alive.

Brandon Krogman whittled two one-hundreths of a second off his own school mark in the 800—stopping the clock in 1:53.15. That career-best effort, however, was not enough to put the Cardinal senior in position for a spot in the national championships.

Austin O'Hare (Rushford, Minn.)—like Missurelli and Krogman, competing in his final collegiate event—shattered his own school record in the steeplechase, breaking the tape in 9.24.29.

Dup will learn her fate on Sunday, when the NCAA Division III national championships field is announced. This year's outdoor national championships will be held at UW-La Crosse.
