KENOSHA, Wis. — The Saint Mary's University of Minnesota volleyball team hits the road this weekend, heading to Carthage's Tarble Recreation and Athletic Center to take part in the Carthage Tournament.

The Lady Reds fell to No. 1-ranked Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (3-2) on Aug. 31 and to No. 19 Washington (Mo.) University last Saturday. Carthage also owns a 3-0 win over No. 9 Southwestern. … Megan Behrendt has compiled a team-high 106 kills through nine matches, while also hitting a team-best .239. … Linda Morton and Shannon Kebisek are second and third on the team in kills with 74 and 73, respectively. … Ellie LeCount has done the majority of the setting duties for the Lady Reds, dishing out 296 assists. … Carthage boasts three players — Behrendt (15), LeCount (14), and Sarah Grabowski (11) — with 10 or more service aces. The trio have all also eclipsed the 100-dig barrier this season.
