WINONA, Minn. — The Saint Mary's University of Minnesota men's basketball team kicks off a three-game road stretch on Wednesday, as the Cardinals travel to Concordia's Memorial Auditorium for a 7 p.m. conference tilt against the Cobbers.

• Wednesday's game against Concordia is the first of three straight road games for the Cardinals, who have picked up four of their six wins this season away from the Saint Mary's Gym. … The Cardinals' last two games have been decided by a combined four points — Saint Mary's dropped a 74-71 decision to Carleton last Wednesday, before falling in the game's final 0.7 seconds in a 75-74 setback against Macalester three days later. … Kevin Gleason (Minneapolis, Minn.) poured in a career-high 22 points against Macalester last Saturday. It was the second straight game in which the junior has led the team in scoring — Gleason netted a team-best 19 points in SMU's 74-71 loss to Carleton last Wednesday. … Gleason was won of four Cardinals to score in double figures against Macalester last Saturday — Eli Cave (St. Paul, Minn. / 17), Sawyer Rosner (Phelps, Wis. / 11), and Caden Freetly (Farmington, Minn.) were the others. … Saint Mary's has now put four players in double figures in a game in back-to-back contests and six times this season. … Bradley Hill (Matteson, Ill.) scored a career-high 18 points — all in the game's final 12 minutes — to lead the Cardinals in scoring against Bethel on Jan. 7. … Cave was held to six points against Carleton on Jan. 9, marking the only time this season that the sophomore has not scored in double figures. • Wednesday's game against Saint Mary's is the third straight home game for the Cobbers, who are 2-3 at Memorial Auditorium this season. … After dropping eight of their first nine games, the Cobbers are 3-2 in their last five. … Concordia's 66-65 win over Macalester on Jan. 2 snapped the Cobbers' season-high seven-game losing streak. … Jordan Davis scored a team-high 17 points — going 7-for-12 from the field — in leading the Cobbers against Bethel last Saturday. … Davis has now scored in double figures in five of the team's last seven games. … Davis enters Wednesday's game against Saint Mary's leading the Cobbers with a 12.2 ppg scoring average. … Davis is one of three Cobbers averaging in double figures through 14 games — Bryden Urie (11.7 ppg) and Collin Larson (10.8 ppg) are the others. … Davis is also the team's rebounding leader with 86 (6.1 rpg).
