• Saint Mary's: The Cardinals close out their regular-season schedule on the road, traveling to the Municipal Athletic Complex in St. Cloud, Minn., for a pair of games against Saint Benedict. The Cardinals and Bennie will play at 7 p.m. next Friday, with the rematch taking place at 2 p.m. the following afternoon.
• St. Olaf: The Oles' season comes to a close next weekend with two conference road games against Concordia. The Oles and Cobbers will take the ice at the Moorhead Sports Center in Moorhead, Minn., at 7 p.m. on Friday, with Game 2 set for 2 p.m. the following day.

• With Friday's 8-1 win over St. Olaf, the Cardinals have now recorded six of their seven wins — and two of their three ties — at the Saint Mary's Ice Arena. Saint Mary's 2-1 win over Bethel on Jan. 24 was the Cardinals' first road win of the season. … The Cardinals' eight goals against St. Olaf Friday were the most since Saint Mary's netted eight in blanking Hamline 8-0 on Feb. 25, 2004. … The Cardinals' eight goals against St. Olaf Friday came from seven different players — including collegiate firsts from Sydney Green (East Bethel, Minn.) and Jordan Modjeski (South Lyon, Mich.). … Courtney Moser (Blaine, Minn.) recorded her first collegiate two-goal game Friday against St. Olaf, while Modjeski added a career-best three assists to her first collegiate goal for her first-ever four-point game. … Anya Hafiz (Woodbury, Minn.), Delaney Wolf (Bismarck, N.D.), Natalie Ryan (Village of Lakewood, Ill.), and Green all had a goal and an assist against the Oles Friday. … With Moser's effort on Friday, Saint Mary's has had a player score two goals in a game four times this season, being joined by Hafiz against St. Thomas on Jan. 17, Delaney Calabrese (West Dundee, Ill.) v. The 54 saves were 10 more than her previous career best — and the most by a Cardinal goalie since Ashley Corcoran stopped 56 Gustavus shots on Feb. 3, 2017. … Ziakas — who had to make just 10 saves against St. Olaf Friday — enters Saturday's rematch against St. Olaf boasting a 2.82 goals-against-average and a .909 save percentage in 12 appearances. … Ziakas has made 30 or more saves seven times in her collegiate career. …  Jordan Keeley (St. Peter, Minn.) stopped 41 Augsburg shots on Jan. 31 — it was two saves shy of her career-high 43-save showing against Adrian on Nov. 3. … Keeley, who has made 30 or more saves in a game six times in her first two years as a Cardinal, boasts a 2.43 goals-against-average and a .927 save percentage in 11 appearances. … Saint Mary's finished with a season-high 53 shots on goal in its 4-2 win over Marian on Jan. 5. It was the most shots on goal since putting 53 on net against Hamline on Feb. 25, 2004. … With their 3-3 tie against Hamline last Saturday, the Cardinals have now played five overtime games this season — going 1-1-3. • The Oles enter Saturday's rematch against Saint Mary's still searching for their first win of the season. St. Olaf has dropped nine straight and is winless (0-20-2) in its first 22 games this season. Add to that an 0-22-3 record a year ago, and the Oles have not won since closing out the 2017-18 season with a 7-3 win over Saint Mary's on Feb. 17, 2018 — a span of 48 games. … St. Olaf snapped its season-opening 11-game losing streak with a 1-1 tie against Trine on Jan. 3. STO and Trine also tied in their second game the following day, this time by a 2-2 decision. … Jackie LaFaive scored the Oles' lone goal against Saint Mary's on Friday. … Johanna Glaaser has scored a team-leading four goals, one more than Mary Kate Eiden, Annika Patterson, and Carolyn Carpenter. The trio have accounted for 13 of St. Olaf's 17 goals this season. … Eiden is the team's assist leader with four — one more than Glasser and Samantha Martin — while Glaaser and Eiden share the team lead in points with seven. … St. Olaf has scored three power-play goals — two by Patterson and the other by Carpenter. … St. Olaf has used five different goalies this season, led by Ivy Shronka and Grace Boswell-Healey, who have appeared in 15 and 13 games, respectively. … Boswell-Healey owns a team-best 2.97 goals-against-average and .934 save percentage, while Shronka boasts a 4.82 GAA and .895 save percentage.
