The Cardinals are 4-4 at the Saint Mary's Gym this season. … Last Saturday's 78-62 win over Concordia was the Cardinals' 10th win of the season — the most by a Saint Mary's squad since going 11-13 during the 1999-2000 season. Eli Cave (St. Paul, Minn.) scored 27 points and

Joe Palmer chipped in 15 points, while Matt Carik and Martin Mitchell each added 13. … Coplin went 15-for-29 from the field with six 3-pointers en route to his 40-point effort against Carleton last Saturday.
