Valerie Higgins (Sioux Falls, S.D.) and Alyssa Coleman (Matteson, Ill.) chipped in their best nights as Cardinals with 13 and 12 points, respectively. … Saint Mary’s now boasts five players who have recorded a career-best 10 or more points in a game. Izzy Goettelman (Winona, Minn.) netted a career-high 10 points against UW-Stevens Point on Nov. 9.
• RAINING IN POINTS: The Cardinals’ 80-point effort against Martin Luther on Nov. 15 was its top offensive performance since scoring 85 points an 87-85 overtime loss to Hamline on Jan. 11, 2020.
• LEADING THE CHARGE: Biermeier and Paulson both enter Tuesday’s matchup against Hamline sharing the team lead in scoring, averaging 15.0 ppg apiece. Streveler is third on the team, averaging 9.3 ppg, followed closely by Coleman with an 8.3 ppg average. … Biermeier has scored in double figures in each of the Cardinals’ three games this season. … Biermeier or Paulson have now led the team in scoring in all three contests.
• HITTING THE BOARDS: Paulson is the team’s leader in rebounds with 23 (7.7 rpg), six more than Biermeier (17, 5.7 rpg). … Paulson has hauled in a team-high nine rebounds in each of the Cardinals last two games and has led or shared the team lead in rebounds in all three contests.

• DOUBLING UP: Paulson is the only player on the Cardinal roster to own a double-double in her collegiate career, recording her first against Hamline on Feb. 27, 2021, scoring 13 points and adding a career-high 11 rebounds.
• FREE POINTS: Biermeier knocked down a season- and career-high 10 free throws on 12 attempts against Martin Luther on Nov. 15. The 10 made free throws were the most by a Cardinal since Shayley Vesel went 10-for-13 from the charity stripe against Augsburg on Feb. 5, 2020. … Saint Mary’s 28 made free throws against Martin Luther on Nov. 15 were the most since netting 32 against Bethel on Feb. 27, 2014, while the Cardinals’ 35 free throws attempted were the most since attempting 35 vs. Macalester on Feb. 10, 2018.
