WINONA, Minn. — Just days after being named to the D3hoop.com Classic All-Tournament Team, Saint Mary's University's
Raheem Anthony (Chicago, Ill.) was once again the D3hoops.com spotlight.

Anthony, who averaged 16 points, 10 rebounds, and six assists in the Cardinals' two Classic contests — an 83-78 win over UW-Superior and an 84-64 loss to No. 19 Mary Hardin-Baylor — en route to his inclusion on the D3hoops.com Classic nine-person All-Tournament Team, was named to the D3hoops.com Team of the Week, it was announced Tuesday.

The junior kicked off tournament play in stellar fashion, scoring 22 points, adding 14 rebounds and dishing out nine assists in SMU's win over UW-Superior. The double-double was Anthony's second of the season and sixth of his collegiate career, while missing out on the Cardinals' first triple-double in three decades by one helper.

Anthony closed out SMU's two-game stay in Las Vegas by scoring 10 points, leading the team with six rebounds and adding three assists in the Cardinals' loss to Mary Hardin-Baylor.

Saint Mary's (5-5 overall) — and fresh off a 69-58 win over Crown on Monday in which Anthony netted 20 points and added 15 rebounds — is back in action on Wednesday, when the Cardinals host Gustavus in a 7 p.m. conference game at the Saint Mary's Gym.
