WINONA, Minn. - The Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) announced its annual men's soccer awards on Monday.
Daniel Sessler of the Saint Mary's men's soccer team earned himself MIAC All-Conference honors, picking up his fourth MIAC honor of his collegiate career.

The goal keeper graduate student from Brookfield, Illinois played in every match for the Cardinals totaling 110 saves, the second most of his five-year career, this season. Sessler recorded the second most saves in the MIAC but recorded a conference best (.809) save percentage.
Sessler notched a season high 14 saves in a game against a top seeded St. Olaf at home on October 15
th, 2024, the second highest in the conference.

Overall, he helped his team go 5-0 to start the 2024 season, the best start since the 1980's, and who has now earned post-season recognition by the MIAC in each of his last three seasons to close out his collegiate career.

The Saint Mary's men's soccer team finished with an overall record of 8-9-1 and 2-7 in conference play.
