BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – The Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic (MIAC) announced its annual women's soccer awards on Tuesday, and four Cardinals earned well-deserved recognition after a standout season that saw Saint Mary's return to the conference tournament.
Seniors Lauryn Skoruppa and Samantha Munson were named MIAC All-Conference selections, while senior defender Malerie Williams earned Honorable Mention honors.
Skoruppa, a forward from Littleton, Colo., captured her second career MIAC honor after leading both Saint Mary's and the conference in scoring. She tallied 16 goals and five assists for 37 total points, topping the MIAC leaderboard in both categories. A consistent offensive force, Skoruppa started all 19 games this season.
Munson, a forward from Plain City, Utah, earned her first conference accolade after finishing right behind Skoruppa with 10 goals, ranking fifth in the MIAC. Her six game-winning goals set a new program record, surpassing the previous mark of four set by Skoruppa in 2024. Munson appeared in 18 games, adding 25 total points to her season stat line.
On the defensive side, Williams anchored the Cardinal back line with poise and consistency. The Osseo, Minn., native started 16 games, shutting down opponents and helping the Cardinals transition from defense to attack. This marks her second career MIAC honor.
Saint Mary's battled their way back into the MIAC Tournament, where their season came to a close with a hard-fought 1–0 quarterfinal loss to No. 3 St. Olaf. Junior Hannah Bradley earned a spot on the MIAC All-Playoff Team for her efforts, marking her first postseason honor.Â
The forward from Portland, Ore., was a key playmaker throughout the year, appearing in all 19 matches and contributing three goals.
The Cardinals wrapped up an impressive 2025 campaign with a 10-6-3 overall record and a 4-3-3 mark in conference play.
