WINONA, Minn. – The Saint Mary's men's tennis team (7-10) wrapped up their weekend by hosting a tough St. Olaf team (4-3) Sunday afternoon. The team suffered a 9-0 loss to the Oles.
 
The Cardinals came close to securing a doubles win, but Philip Apel and Evan Huemoeller lost a tight tiebreaker.
 
Tucker Stene narrowly missed out on a win at No. 5 singles, losing in a super-breaker set in the closest match of the day.
 
The Cardinals will take the week to regroup and return to action at the end of the month, hosting Hamline on Saturday, March 29th, at 4:00 p.m.
