WINTER HAVEN, Florida - The Saint Mary's baseball team (2-6) fell to a solid UW-Oshkosh squad (5-2) 6-2 on Saturday for their final game in Florida. The Cardinals were unable to overcome a strong offensive performance by the Titans.Â

Stephen Golden contributed significantly in a game with one run scored, a walk, and a stolen base without recording a hit.
Brinton Anderson demonstrated strong defensive skills with one assist at first base despite hitting into a double play.
Sam Knickerbocker was productive at the plate with one hit and one RBI, and he also allowed one passed ball as catcher.Â

Addison Hochevar, as a pitcher, recorded three strikeouts over four innings, allowing two earned runs and five hits.

In the first inning, the Cardinals took an early lead with Golden drawing a walk and then stealing second. Knickerbocker followed with a single that brought Golden home, giving the Cardinals a 1-0 advantage. The team maintained their momentum, though they left three runners on base.

Will Boeckman singled and subsequently stole second base.
Alex Hanneman capitalized on this opportunity with a single, driving Boeckman in to score, tying the game at 2-2.
