For my senior year of college, I was not going to play soccer. Somehow, Coach Zimmerman and Coach Halberg convinced me to stick with it and play another year, so I'd like to thank them for that. Thanks for the fun years of canoeing, scavenger hunting, and the soon to be London trip.
I would mostly like to thank my parents. Thank you for all of the support you have given me throughout my soccer career. I could count on you to be at every single game, no matter if it was park and rec., traveling, high school, or college soccer. I don't know what I would do without the support from both of you. Thank you for being understanding in my choosing not to play soccer at some points in my life, and for always giving me the support I need. I love you both more than you'll ever know.
To all of my lovely roommates ... I don't even know where to start. Sibik, please keep your scoring record high ... you are amazing, and not just at soccer. I will miss our family dinners, which for the record I did help cook sometimes...our coffee dates, along with all of our scrabble games. I am so glad Moose and Ralph became friends, and they always will be, just like you and me. I love you. Kelsey Peyton, you are wonderful. I LOVE sharing a room with you, and I also love sweatbands around the upper arm. Thank you for being the God-mother of our dearest loved one, and also for kicking my butt in scrabble every day. I love you so much. My Winks, words cannot describe what you mean to me. Thank you for coming home with me whenever we had the chance, and loving Ralph with all you have. You mean the world to her. I love our juggle sessions and soon to be boxing sessions. Please don't forget me in Spain. I will try my best to come see you, but if I don't ... SKYPE!! I love you with all of my heart.
Marie, you don't know how much I missed you this year and how much I love you! Thank you for listening to me babble on and on to you every day about every little thing in my life. I love our ice cream dates and wine nights. You are a one-of-a-kind person and I don't know where I would be without you today. I love you Marie Allen.
To the captains and the rest of the team ... thank you for making the seasons enjoyable. It was always such a relief to come out to practice and just have fun with you girls after a long day at school. Thank you for putting up with my dancing and singing...even though I know it was greatly appreciated by all. Captains, thanks for being patient with our team and doing the best you could everyday. Good luck in the years to come, and remember ... OOO-OOOOOHHHH!!!
