Emily Bids Farewell
It’s funny how you come to school to play hockey, and end up playing soccer. I never imagined that I would have so many opportunities to do so many great things and meet so many great people. To my family: thank you for always being there. I appreciate your support in everything I do, whether it is school, sports, or life.
To Derek, thanks for always being there when I’m stressed out, you know just the cure: Mac ‘n Cheese and Mountain Dew.
To all of my coaches: Thank you for always pushing me to work on my fitness.
To my wonderful seniors: Amy, I think we have too much fun together?. Tania, your buddy told me to tell you that she is sorry she is such a slacker, but she promises to make it up to you. Kelsey, thank you for letting me be your roommate in Europe, I hope my documenting skills met your standards, and I am sorry about the alarm clock (but not really because Coach Halberg’s face was priceless).
To the rest of the team: I have had so many great times with you and I will never forget any of you. And of course to Dana and Lauren, I miss you both so much, I only wish I knew you sooner.
To Francie and Caiti and Mush Bucket, you have been with me since the beginning and I know we will keep creating the best of memories as long as I never have to be Cranium partners with Caiti again!
Thank you, SMU.
