Saint Mary's Softball Field is ~~the~~ home to Cardinal fastpitch softball team. In the summer of 2023, an immaculate artificial turf infield was installed, providing an always lined, game ready facility that provides warmth, consistency and is weather resilient. Along with the turf infield, turf bullpens for both home and away teams were installed.

Here are some other newer features and upgrades of the Saint Mary's Softball Field
• Turf Infield & Bullpens (2023)
• Protective backstop padding was refurbished (2023)
• Added a second turf batting cage and tee hitting area (2022)
• Navy Blue Windscreens were installed along with championship banners (2022)
• Storage unit was built, holding numerous tools, balls, etc. used to develop players
• State-of-the-art, netting backstop, a padded three-foot high brick knee-wall (2015)
• New spacious dugouts and press box (2015)
• New Sound System (Spring of 2010)
• Batting Cage with field tuft base (Fall of 2009)
• Red Fence Capping (Spring of 2009)
