Plans After Graduation:
My plans after Graduation are pretty simple. First and foremost I will look for a job and decide whether or not I plan on attending grad school or taking a year off to work. I have no idea what lies ahead for me outside of that but I know anything I decide to do will be because it makes me happy because happiness is all any of us are looking for in our lives.

Thank You for Family & Friends:
Without my wonderful parents I wouldn’t be here and I wouldn’t have experienced the things I have during my time here at Saint Mary’s. There aren’t enough words to thank them for the sacrifices they have made for me but you’d be surprised how far a simple thank you every now and then could go. I’d also like to thank my second family and that is this team. Spending almost every day in the middle of August to the first week of November together for the past 4 years has had the biggest impact on me during my time here. I’ve made some lifelong friends and the experiences we’ve had on and off the field are things that will live with me for the rest of my life.

Best Class You had at Saint Mary’s & Why?
The best class I’ve had here at Saint Mary’s has been Project Management with Professor Hefel. No other class has given me the real feel for what it’s like in the real world of the field I’m trying to go into. The hands on experience in that class and the lessons you learn are the reason why that is the best class I’ve had at Saint Mary’s.

Best Sports Memory at Saint Mary’s:
I haven’t had many personal sports memories here after a life full of them leading up to my time here, but I’ll never forget the first time—and only time—I stepped onto the field in a varsity match my sophomore year. Accomplishing that dream is a memory I’ll never forget because growing up all I ever wanted to do was play soccer at the college level. Saint Mary’s and Coach Watkins gave me that opportunity and I am forever grateful for that.

Reflections for the Team:
For four years now, I’ve seen pretty much every game minus one half from the sidelines and I’ve learned so much more about myself then I could have ever imagined and that’s because of every guy on this team. The team never reached the potential we all envisioned but I’ve seen my teammates grow on the field but most importantly off the field and that’s been the greatest reward. I can’t thank every guy on this team enough for embracing me as a “coach” for the past couple year as I decided to hang up the cleats after my sophomore year. They are the reason why I’ve stayed with the program for 4 years and the reason why I want to be a coach one day. To the underclassmen, it’s your time to lead this program and all I have to say to you is while playing college soccer is a great reward, walking out of here with your degree will the greatest pleasure of your 4 years here. I love every single guy on this team and I thank you all for everything from the bottom of my heart.
