I was just going to copy and paste my senior salute from volleyball, but I killed way too many trees the first time around. Plus, this is the 21st century so people can use the computer if they missed it …
Click hereJust in case though, I will keep this VERY brief and say thank you for all of the support all four years and for some, many more, in both volleyball and hockey. This includes you, Dad, Mom, Stevie, Ellie, Binks, Cubs, Mary, Kenz, Donny, Toni, Jill, Matt, and the rest of the Athletic Department.
  Â
Coach Lester and Jackie, thank you again for making my volleyball experience so wonderful. I enjoyed every minute of it. I want to thank you for your continued support through hockey season. It was always nice knowing that I had coaches checking up on me while playing hockey.
  Â
Fellow Vballers (and Kel), you guys are pretty cool. I appreciate each one of you for all of the support for SMUWH and I don’t know how the heck you can stay to watch a full game without any heat moving around the rink. So, thank you for sacrificing your time and body heat to come to the games! I just wanted to say thank you for being so great and so supportive. I miss you and love you all!
  Â
Coach Mannor, thank you for being one of the reasons I came to Saint Mary’s. The opportunity to play hockey here is something I will forever be grateful for. I have learned so much through these four years and I want to thank you for that. I wouldn’t trade my experiences here for anything.
  Â
GMo, I want to thank you for all of the time you put into this program. I couldn’t count up the amount of individual practices and video sessions we’ve had over the past 4 years, but I know it’s a lot of time. Thank you for making me a better hockey player.
  Â
Past hockey players, thank you for making me feel so welcomed when joining your team. I have looked up to each one of you and love nothing more than when you come back and visit. I’m glad to have stayed connected with most of you! Thank you again for getting me started on the right foot here at Saint Mary’s.
  Â
Team, what a ride it’s been. Coach always talks about what a rollercoaster of a team we are, and I’m not usually one for rollercoasters, but this is the most fun one I have ever been on. This hockey team is a bunch of psycho-weirdoes, but I love you all!
  Â
Mckenna, thank you for being one of my best friends. You have been one of my first friends here and it has been so fun to experience these 4 years on and off the ice with you. Almost all of my memories at Saint Mary’s you’ve somehow been involved in. You know how to have a good time and I am very thankful to have you as a roommate and friend. Haley, thank you for all that you have done for this program over the years. I speak for everyone when I say we appreciate you so much! Tori, you’re easily one of the funniest people on the team. Hands down. You’re a so fun to be around and you’re just a very genuine and great person. I am so glad we were spend all 4 years together! Rory, thank you for making senior year such a enjoyable experience while living with you. I knew I could count on you to go to the rink SUPER early with me or to wake up early when the other roomies sleep until 2 p.m. LT, I think we probably spent most of the time together over these past few years from being defenseman from day 1 and also for having basically every Ed. class together. Thank you for everything you’ve done for this team. Linds, you sure have kept this year pretty interesting in 213. I am so glad you decided to be our roommate. I love seeing the jets released so make sure you don’t leave them behind next year. Jane, one of many words to describe you is clutch. When you’re on the ice good things usually happen. I think that mostly has to do with how hard you are ALWAYS working. You inspire many, so keep it up for your final season! Jesse, I admire your intensity and hard work on and off the ice. Its clear that it has made you the hockey player you are today. I’m excited to see what’s in store for you next year! Pixie, get a good job after college; you don’t have to live up to your name. Thanks for all the great memories and also for being a wonderful cubby buddies this year! Ingrid, Hi Ingrid. Welcome to my salute. I’m excited to come back and watch you snipe people top shelf when you’re a forward next season. Taylor, it has been a pleasure watching you move from a forward to defense (mostly because I get to play with you more now) and watching a player with such poise. I’m glad I was able to play d with you for the past two seasons, wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. Marah, aka psycho brick wall. Don’t let your science life get in the way too much! Thank you for always going to breakfast with me. It was a great start to my mornings! Good luck next season, you’ll be great! KP, I guess
one really good thing that came from these 4 years was finding a sister I never knew about! You’re crazy, but awesome. Love you! Hannah, you bring so much energy to the team and your quick wit keeps everyone on his or her toes. Make every shift count; it goes by way too fast! Jamie, wow, what a hockey player you are! Keep it up; I can’t wait to see how far you go! Molly, ohhhhhhhhhh Moll. Come on Moll. Keep being you, so genuine and caring. You are always looking out for others. Keep being you and don’t let anyone get in your way. Mandy, if you could get your screamo covers on iTunes soon that would be great. Not everyone gets an opportunity to play collegiate hockey with some of your best friends and not everyone gets to do it at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. Keep spreading your love of hockey because it keeps everyone going. Rudey, teach me your moves PLEASE. You can make people’s day when you’re around. Come back and visit us really soon! Madi, I would be honored to pass down my stretching spot on the circle to you (and not just because you’re the only one who asked). You’re positivity in the locker room and on the bench is contagious. Keep everyone level headed next year, I’ll be checking up on you guys next year! Miryea, you’re a great cubby buddy to have. You always knew how to turn someone’s day around right when you walked into the locker room. I am excited to see all that you do next year! Mads, hahaha Mads. You’re a dork, but I love you. I can’t believe I’ve only known you for a few months, it feels like you’ve been around a lot longer than that. I can’t wait to come visit you, B, and Brandi next year! Just a little advice, its easier to play hockey if you stay up on your skates. Ashley, speak up Ash! I’m sure you’ve got a lot to say! Enjoy your time here; it goes by way too fast!
