Ryan Egan wears multiple coaching hats Saint Mary’s University. Coach Egan is the assistant men’s hockey coach, a position he has held since the start of the 2009-10 school year, while also the Cardinals' head men's and women's golf coach, a position he has had since the start of the 2013-14 school year.

A 2003 Graduate of University of Wisconsin-River Falls, Eagan was a member of the varsity hockey team and earned his Bachelor's Degree in Health and Human Performance and is certified to teach physical education grades K-12. 

Egan has coached at the Youth, High School, AAA Midget, and Junior A levels. He spent three seasons at River Falls High School, three seasons with the Omaha Energy as head coach and program director and most recently, as head coach of the San Antonio Diablos Junior A hockey program.

Egan is excited to start his journey at the collegiate level and is ready to move his family, wife Melissa and son Jackson, back to Minnesota.
