Saint Mary's University of Minnesota Athletics

Erica Wilson is an assistant fastpitch softball coach at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, a position she has held since the start of the 2021-22 academic school year.

In her first season, she helped coach the Cardinals to a MIAC Championship title for the schools first time in 2024 and a Regional berth. She coached mulitple all-conference players such as Rookie of the Year in 2024 and an All-American.

Wilson was a part of the 2025  Region IX Coaching Staff of the Year and helped guide the team to the College World Series where the team placed seventh.
