Kierstin Anderson-Glass is an assistant fastpitch softball coach at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, a position she has held since the start of the 2021-22 academic school year.

Anderson-Glass joins the Cardinal staff after a highly successful collegiate career at St. Thomas. A two-time CoSIDA Academic All-America recipient, Anderson-Glass graduated from UST with a 3.54 GPA, while majoring in Exercise Science.
 
An on field-All-American as a freshman in 2016, after leading her team to the NCAA Division III College World Series, she missed the 2017 and 2018 seasons with medical challenges after a severe concussion. She came back and led the 2019 Tommies to another trip to the Division World Series. After the 2020 season was called off by COVID-19, she led Tommies back to the 2021 College World Series.

Anderson-Glass was a two-time MIAC Pitcher of the Year; MVP of the 2021 MIAC Playoffs after going 4-0 with a 0.25 ERA; and selected Most Valuable Pitcher of the 2021 NCAA Regional after going 2-0 with a save and a 0.86 ERA with 19 strikeouts and only one walk in 23.1 innings.
 
She closed out her Tommie career a 74-18 overall pitching record — including a 23-5 record in postseason starts — with a 1.48 ERA and 533 strikeouts and only 72 walks in 105 mound appearances. At the plate, Anderson-Glass closed out her career with 111 hits, 59 RBI, 24 doubles and four home runs.
 
In her three complete seasons, Anderson-Glass helped lead the Tommies to a  record of 119-25 with three top-10 NCAA Division III team finishes
 
In 2019, she was one of 10 finalists for National Player of the Year, after posting Division III national rankings of first with 15 shutouts; second in wins (26); and third in ERA (0.79). In that 2019 season, Anderson-Glass was 8-2 in the postseason, with an 0.12 ERA (five runs in 75 innings), and had a streak of 48 innings without a run allowed.
 
In 2016, she led all freshmen pitchers at all 974 NCAA softball programs in both strikeouts (233) and wins (30).
