Mannor guided the Cardinals to their seventh straight MIAC Tournament appearance in 2006-07. The 2005-2006 season was the first as a head coach for Coach Mannor, who guided SMU to the MIAC Tournament in his first year. Mannor, a three-year letterwinner for the SMU men's hockey team before a knee injury shortened his playing career, has been the No. 1 assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for the Cardinal men's hockey program for the past nine years.
