Kylee Zumach is an assistant volleyball coach at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, a position she has held since the start of the 2019-2020 academic school year.
Zumach comes to Saint Mary’s following a stellar collegiate playing career at Kansas State. A 2018 AVCA All-America honorable-mention her senior season, Zumach was also a two-time AVCA All-Midwest Region selection, while also earning AVCA Midwest Region and Big 12 Freshman of the Year honors, as well as being selected Big 12 Offensive Player of the Week twice during her senior campaign.
Zumach, who left Kansas State ranked second all time in kills and seventh all-time in points, played professionally overseas in the Canary Islands of Spain for one year following graduation.
A graduate of Buffalo (Minn.) High School, where she is the school record-holder in kills and blocks — and was conference player of the year and all-state twice — Zumach holds a degree in family studies and is working towards her master’s in academic education.
