Leeps is the head strength and conditioning coach at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, a position he has held since Oct. 11, 2021.
Leeps comes to Saint Mary’s having spent last season as a member of the Luther College Sports Performance coaching staff.
Prior to his stint at Luther, Leeps served as a graduate assistant athletic performance coach at William Penn University and has also worked as a strength coach at North Mahaska and Decorah high schools, and as a University of Nebraska Husker power strength intern.
Leeps earned his bachelor of arts degree in Exercise Phyisology from Luther in 2019 and his Master’s in Sports Management from William Penn in 2021.
