Horstman stopped 93 shots in the Cardinals' season-ending two games against Gustavus. The sophomore goalie kicked out 41 of the 44 shots he faced in helping SMU to a 4-3 win on Friday, then recorded a career-best 52-save effort in SMU's 5-4 overtime loss to the Gusties the following evening.
