Lenz helped guide the Cardinals to a split in the Cardinals' two-game Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference series vs. Bethel last weekend.

The freshman goalie stopped 40 shots in SMU's 2-1 loss to the Royals on Friday, then kicked out all 26 shots she faced in blanking the Royals 4-0 on Saturday. Saturday's effort was the first collegiate shutout for the freshman from White Bear Lake, Minn.

Lenz has appeared in 12 games this season, posting a 2.64 goals-against-average and a .920 save percentage.
