 VanErp dished out 38 assists — including her 1,000th of the season — and added 16 digs in the Cardinal volleyball team’s season-ending loss to Macalester last Friday. The junior, who became the 16th player in program history to deliver 1,000 assists in a season, closed out the year with 1,017 helpers and owned 19 matches with 30 of more assists – not to mention 11 assist-dig double-doubles.
