Berg was one of the Cardinals’ offensive leaders during their three-game stay at the NCAA Regional Tournament last weekend. The junior hit .455, going 5-for-11 with a home run and four RBIs in helping SMU to a 7-3 tournament-opening win over DePauw, before SMU bowed out with back-to-back losses to Coe and DePauw.
