A Year Ago: SMU and Concordia split their regular-season conference series a year ago. Unfortunately for the Cardinals, those two stellar periods were sandwiched around a not-so-stellar period, in which Concordia outshot SMU 16-7 — and outscored them 3-0 — in handing SMU a
