WINONA, Minn. — The Saint Mary's University men's hockey team, coming off a 4-2 loss to UW-Eau Claire in just its second home game of the season Friday, closes out its nonconference schedule Saturday evening, playing host to UW-River Falls in a 7 p.m. contest at the SMU Ice Arena.

The Cardinals matched UW-Eau Claire goal-for-goal in the first and third period, but the Blugolds scored a pair of second-period goals two minutes apart en route to a 4-2 victory at the SMU Ice Arena Friday evening.
