WINONA, Minn. — The Saint Mary's University women's soccer team, coming off a thrilling double-overtime conference home win over Gustavus on Wednesday, is back in action on Saturday, hosting league-leading Concordia in a 3 p.m. Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference contest at Ochrymowycz Field.

The Cardinals got a goal from Sloane Kuramoto (Rochester, Minn.) in the game's 105th minute, as SMU slipped past Gustavus 1-0 in double overtime Wednesday at Ochrymowycz Field. Concordia, meanwhile, got a goal from leading scorer Sam Johnson in a 1-1 conference tie against Bethel Wednesday in Arden Hills, Minn.

The Cardinals pulled back to .500 with their 1-0 victory over Gustavus Wednesday. … With their win over Gustavus Wednesday, the Cardinals snapped a seven-game winless streak (0-4-3) in OT games, dating back to a 1-0 victory St. Catherine on Sept. 13, 2007. … SMU has now played two overtime games this season, with each game being decided in the second OT. … All five of SMU's wins this season have come via shutout, while Wednesday's win also moved the Cardinals to a perfect 4-0-0 on their home turf. … Ten of SMU's last 14 wins have come at home. … Sloane Kuramoto (Rochester, Minn.) netted the game-winner for SMU vs. Gustavus Wednesday.
