WINONA, Minn. — The Saint Mary's University men's hockey team, coming off a 5-2 win over Concordia Friday evening, play host to the Cobbers in the second game of the teams' two-game conference series Saturday at 2 p.m. at the SMU Ice Arena.

The Cardinals scored a pair of power-play goals in the second period, then erupted for three more tallies in the third period, as SMU cruised to a 5-2 victory over Concordia in the teams' Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference opener Friday evening at the SMU Ice Arena.

November 13, 2009: The Cardinals surrendered three goals in the third period — including two powerplay goals and one short-handed tally — as Concordia handed SMU a 6-3 setback in the teams' MIAC opener at the Moorhead Sports Center.
