WINONA, Minn. — If Saint Mary's University's Dy-anna Stewart (Eden Prairie, Minn.) were a fastpitch softball player, she'd be batting 1.000 when it came to post-season honors, as the senior women's hockey player was named to the All-Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference First Team for the third consecutive year, it was announced Thursday.

And Stewart wasn't the only Cardinal honored by the MIAC, as junior Nicole Olson (New Brighton, Minn.) was also named All-MIAC First Team, while junior Dana Kreuser (Maplewood, Minn.), sophomore Erin Stenseth (Eau Claire, Wis.) and freshman Haley Coolsaet (Grosse Island, Mich.) were honorable-mention selections.

Stewart was a mainstay on the blueline for the Cardinals, appearing in all 18 MIAC games. She scored three goals and added four assists for seven points, while helping the Cardinals to an 8-7-3 league mark.

Olson, meanwhile, was the Cardinals' leading scorer in conference play, boasting team-highs in assists (10) and points (17), while also scoring seven goals.

Coolsaet netted a team-best eight goals in her freshman season, and was second to Olson in points with 14, while Stenseth recorded four goals and seven assists for 11 points, and Kreuser finished with three goals and two assists for five points.

St. Catherine senior Michaela Michaelson was named the MIAC Player of the Year, while St. Catherine's Mel Gerten earned the Sheila Brown Award and Gustavus' Mike Carroll was tabbed MIAC Coach of the Year.

As part of the conference-wide sportsmanship initiative, the MIAC also announced the fifth annual All-MIAC Sportsmanship team for women's hockey, which included SMU's Olson.
