3-1 at Ed Saugestad Ice Arena in Minneapolis, Minn., to earn SMU the weekend sweep.

The Cardinals hit the road for a pair of conference games against Saint Benedict next weekend. SMU and the Blazers square off at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, then meet against Saturday at 2 p.m. Both games will be played at the St. Cloud Municipal Athletic Complex in St. Cloud, Minn. … Augsburg, meanwhile, will face St. Olaf next weekend for two conference games. The Auggies travel to Northfield, Minn., for a 7:30 p.m. contest on Friday, then return home for Saturday's 7 p.m. rematch in Minneapolis, Minn.
