Brett Jackson (Edmonton, Alberta) closed out his freshman year as a Cardinal with an 83.2 scoring average—including a collegiate-best five-over-par 76 at the Winona State Invitational on Sept. 16. …
Hudson Stensgard (Rushford, Minn.) recorded a career-best round of 78 in his first collegiate match against Macalester on Aug. 29, while
Hunter Rau (Plainview, Minn.) recorded a career-low 78 at the Bethany Lutheran Invitational on Sept. 4. … As a team, the Cardinals shot a season-low team score of 318 twice in 2014—first during the season-opening MacMary Dual on Aug. 29 and equaled during the second round of the Mount Mercy Cropper Classic on Sept. 7. … The Cardinals' 318 team score was their lowest since carding a 316 during the opening round of the Wartburg Spring Invitational on April 10, 2010.
