SARTELL, Minn. — The Saint Mary's University of Minnesota men's golf team hits the road this weekend, traveling to Blackberry Ridge Golf Course and Greystone Golf Course to compete in the 36-hole Saint John's Invitational.

Brett Jackson (Edmonton, Alberta) shared the team lead at the Carthage/Tim Kopka Invitational, shooting 146s. Westerberg recorded rounds of 71-75, while Jackson flipped those rounds around, going 75-71. … The even-par 71s were collegiate lows for both Westerberg and Jackson. … Jackson has now carded four straight rounds of 75 or better—he posted 74-75—149 to pace the Cardinals at the Augsburg Invitational on Sept. 5-6. … Jackson and Westerberg share the team's scoring lead, averaging 75.40. . … Westerberg, has now recorded 24 rounds of 79 or better during his four-year collegiate career. … Westerberg currently owns a 79.35 career scoring average, ranking him third all-time behind Eric Thom (77.40) and Jesse Polk (78.33). …
