• Blake Westerberg (Red Wing, Minn.) closed out his collegiate career with three straight seven-over-par 79s at the season-ending MIAC Championships. … Westerberg—who placed third overall among the 110 competitors at the Saint John's Invitational on Sept. 19-20—took home medalist honors at the Midwest Region Classic a week later, carding rounds of 68-75 for a one-under-par 143 total. … Westerberg's opening-round 68 was a school-record, one shot better than Kyle Brodt's (Roseville, Minn.) 69 shot earlier this season. … Westerberg carded a round of even-par or better in three of his final four tournaments this season.
