WINONA, Minn. — The Saint Mary's University of Minnesota women's soccer team returns to Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference play on Wednesday, as the Cardinals entertain Carleton in a 6:30 p.m. showdown at Ochrymowycz Field.

• Wednesday's game against Carleton is the second of back-to-back home games for the Cardinals. … With their 4-0 win over Hamline last Saturday, the Cardinals snapped their season-high six-game losing streak. … The Cardinals have allowed one goal or less in all six of their victories this season — and in each of their 11 wins over the past two seasons.
