WINONA, Minn. — The Saint Mary's University men's hockey team boasted nine players who were named Krampade/AHCA All-American Scholars by the American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA).

To qualify, a student-athlete must have attained a 3.75 GPA for each semester during the 2021-22 school year; must have appeared in 40 percent of the season's total games; and the school must be a paid member of the AHCA. The names of 706 Division II-III men are being released today — their Division II-III women counterparts will be announced in the coming weeks.

Nick Latvala (Maple Grove, Minn.),
Brady Lindauer (Cary, Ill.),
Laudon Poellinger (La Crescent, Minn.),
Gabe Potyk (Lake Orion, Mich.), A.J. Ruskowski (Traverse City, Mich.),
Matt Sankner (Pennington, N.J.),
Ryan Stoynich (Calgary, Alberta), and
Warner Young (Newberry, Mich.).
