• 2 x 1: Saint Mary’s Raheem Anthony (Chicago, Ill.) became the men’s basketball program’s first two-time All-American, as the senior guard was named D3hoops.com First-Team All-American and National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Second-Team All-American last week.
• 3: Three of the Saint Mary’s men’s tennis team’s six singles matches against Saint John’s last Sunday were extended to a third set — with all three matches second sets decided by 6-4 counts. Saint Mary’s has now played 20 three-set singles matches in 15 contests this season.
• 7: Saint Mary’s men’s basketball senior guard Raheem Anthony (Chicago, Ill.) hauled in seven post-season honors from three different organizations this off-season. From the MIAC, Anthony was named All-MIAC and MIAC Offensive Player of the Year; from the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) he was tabbed First-Team All-District 9 and Second-Team All-American; and from D3hoops.com he landed First-Team All-Region 9, Region 9 Player of the Year, and First-Team All-American honors.
• 7: Emily Henderson (Jordan, Minn.) recorded her team-high seventh singles win of the season in the Saint Mary’s women’s tennis team’s 5-4 loss to Concordia last Saturday. Henderson’s seventh victory of the year came via a 6-4, 6-3 win at No. 3 singles.
• 10: Tucker Stene (Fridley, Minn.) collected his team-leading 10th singles win of the season with a 6-0, 6-2 win at No. 4 singles in the SMU men’s tennis team’s 7-2 win over Concordia last Saturday.
