WINONA, Minn. – The Saint Mary's women's soccer team (4-7-1, 2-3-0) earned three MIAC points shutting out Hamline (4-6-1, 0-4-1), 3-0, on Saturday before dropping a nonconference contest versus Dubuque (4-4-2), 1-0, on Sunday.

The Cardinals headed into halftime with a one-goal lead. Hannah Bradley netted the go-ahead goal in the 33rd minute, assisted by Makayla Clow.
It was all Cardinals in the second half. Kaylen Pray netted her third goal of the season in the 73rd minute before Maren Clow netted her first of the season with an assist by Jersey Appert to officially seal the deal.
It was the team's third shutout of the season.
SMU 0, UD 1
It was a relatively even matchup on Sunday against the Spartans.
Saint Mary's finished with 12 shots compared to the Spartans 14, but it was a goal in the 61st minute that shut the Cardinals down.

After a busy three-game week, the Cardinals will regroup and gear up to face St. Catherine in St. Paul on Saturday, Oct. 10, for a 1:00 p.m. game.
