Shepherd, a senior forward, had a hand in all three Cardinal goals during their two nonconference games last weekend. Shepherd scored the Cardinals' lone goal in a 6-1 loss to third-ranked UW-Stout on Friday, then assisted on both goals in SMU's 5-2 nonconference loss to St. Olaf on Saturday.
