Last Night:
The Cardinals got a goal from Dy-anna Stewart (Eden Prairie, Minn.) with less than four minutes remaining in regulation to earn a 1-1 conference tie against Hamline Friday evening at the State Fairgrounds Coliseum in St. Paul, Minn.

A Year Ago:
November 20, 2009: the Cardinals — fueled by two-goal performances from Stevie Fiek (Rochester, Minn.) and Katie Cachey — erupted for a season-high six goals in rolling to a 6-2 Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference victory over Hamline at the SMU Ice Arena.

November 21, 2009: The Cardinals erupted for a season-high 45 shots on the Piper goal. Unlike the night before, however, the goals were fewer — and much harder to come by — as Hamline goalie Amanda Plumm did a near-perfect impression of a brick wall in helping the Pipers to a 2-2 tie vs. the Cardinals at Drake Arena.

Up Next:
Following this afternoon's game against Hamline, the Cardinals are off until Dec. 3, when the host St. Catherine in the first games of their conference series at the SMU Ice Arena. Hamline, meanwhile, is also off until Dec. 3, when the Pipers kick off their two-game conference series against St. Olaf with a road contest.
