After managing just one goal in falling to the Auggies 4-1 in Minneapolis, Minn., on Friday, the Cardinals erupted for five goals — including two each from Stevie Fiek (Rochester, Minn.) and Ingrid Klockars (Wheaton, Ill.) — en route to a 5-1 triumph in the rematch at the SMU Ice Arena. Saint Benedict, meanwhile, bounced back from a 4-3 road overtime loss at Hamline on Friday to earn a conference point with a 1-1 tie in the teams' second game at CSB.

Last Meetings: February 20-21, 2009: Saint Mary's and Saint Benedict split their conference series a year ago, with each team picking up a 4-1 victory in Winona, Minn.
