Ethan Austin (Northbrook, Ill.) led the way for the Cardinals, shooting rounds of 86-83—169, as SMU placed
21st with a 36-hole score of 724. Host Saint John's won the team title, shooting 300-297—597 to edge runner-up UW-Eau Claire by eight shots. The University of Manitoba was third (609), with Nebraska Wesleyan (610) and Gustavus (611) rounding out the top five.
