The top two seeds will receive a bye into the semifinals, with seeds three through six squaring off in two quarterfinal games Friday. The two semifinals will be held Saturday with the championship game to conclude the tournament on Sunday | MIAC Release
Heading into Wednesday's games, only St. Thomas (19-1) has locked up a post-season berth, while Gustavus is the driver's seat with a 10-8 conference record. Which leaves Bethel (10-10), Saint John's (9-9), Augsburg (8-8), Saint Mary's (8-8) and Concordia (8-8) all sitting at .500 and battling for the final four playoff spots. The top six seeds will be determined by conference winning percentage and any previously-established tiebreaking criteria that applies.
