• HOW HAS BEING A STUDENT-ATHLETE HELPED SHAPE YOU INTO THE PERSON YOU ARE?
Being a student-athlete has allowed me to overcome many challenges in my life. Participating in cross country and track and field has taught me multiple disciplinary skills that will ultimately benefit me when I enter the work force. The unbreakable connections that I have made with my teammates is something I know has helped shape who I am today, and for that I am forever grateful.

• FAVORITE SPORTS MOMENT AT SAINT MARY'S:
Being able to see the progress we have made (both in sports and academics) from freshman year to now is something that I reflect on quite often nowadays. But for me, one of the most memorable moments in my career was my first steeplechase competition. It was when the track and field team went to California, and there was only one other runner. The amount of support I received from not only my team, but just random people in general, is truly ingrained in my brain. I strive to emulate that support to others.

• FAVORITE COACH STORY:
So many good memories to choose from! But one that sticks out is when the cross country team decided to wrap Coach Larson's office with wrapping paper (somewhat of an Office reference) because he knows basically everything about The Office. He loved it as far as we could tell.

• PLANS AFTER SAINT MARY'S:
Next semester, I have an internship at an accounting firm, where I will be working on the Tax team, specifically working mostly with non-profit organizations. Hopefully, I will enjoy the dynamic of the company and earn a full-time position with the firm. On other notes, I will be getting married at the end of May to the love of my life. Eventually we want to start a coffee shop/house designed in giving a safe place for the homeless or needy.
