ST. PAUL, Minn. — The Saint Mary's University women's soccer team, coming off back-to-back nonconference games, returns to Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference play Saturday, as the Cardinals travel to St. Catherine for a 1 p.m. contest.

Last Action:
The Cardinals got 45 minutes into their nonconference game against Simpson on Wednesday at Ochrymowycz Field, before lightning and torrential rains forced the cancellation of the contest. St. Catherine, meanwhile, collected its second straight win on Wednesday, rolling to a 7-0 nonconference victory over UW-Superior in Superior, Wis.

Sunday's win over Central-Iowa evened the Cardinals' record at 4-4-0. … All four of SMU's wins have come by shutout. … Amanda Rahman (Rochester, Minn.) scored two goals vs. the Dutch Sunday. It was the second time this season the SMU junior has scored twice in a game. … After scoring four goals in her first two seasons combined, Rahman has already scored five goals in eight games this season. … Amy Sibik (Onalaska, Wis.) netted her team-leading ninth goal of the season vs. Central-Iowa. Sibik also assisted on Rahman's second goal, giving the SMU senior a team-leading 22 points. … With her goal and assist Sunday, Sibik moved past Barb Bock into seventh place with 98 career points. The Wildcats enter today's game vs. Saint Mary's riding a two-game winning streak in which SCU has outscored its opponents 13-1. … Kelsey Moll led the Wildcats' offensive attack in their 7-0 win over UW-Superior Wednesday, recording her first collegiate hat trick. … With her three-goal effort vs. the Yellowjackets, Moll moved into the team lead in goals (5) and points (12). Moll also shares the team lead in assists (2) with Kelsey Nistler, Lensa Gurmessa, Gina Thorwick and Jamie Kelly. … St. Catherine's 22 goals have come from 10 different players, while 12 different players have recorded at least one point. … Wednesday's win over UW-Superior was the first shutout of the season for SCU. … Both of St. Catherine's losses, meanwhile, have come via shutout. … The Wildcats have scored 13 of their 22 goals in the second half, while SCU's opponents have scored eight goals — four in the first half and four in the second.
