WAVERLY, Iowa — The Saint Mary's University of Minnesota women's golf team hits the road this weekend, heading to Centennial Oaks Golf Course in Waverly, Iowa, to compete in the 36-hole Wartburg Invitational.

Recap Saint Mary's at Wartburg Invitational—Their Last Appearance:• September 6-7, 2014 * Waverly, Iowa: Saint Mary's was not happy with the way they performed during the opening round of the Wartburg Invitational. So the Cardinals went out and did something about it in Sunday's final round of the 36-hole tournament.

Kaitlin Kling (LeRoy, Minn.) recorded the Cardinals' low round of the season—twice—at last weekend's Saint Benedict Invitational, carding back-to-back 85s. … Kling's 85 equaled her collegiate-best round, the sophomore also carded an 85 during the 2014 Division III Classic. …
Madison Gately (Glenview, Ill.) and
Haley Jung each fired collegiate-low rounds of 87 during the second day of the 36-hole Saint Benedict Invitational last Saturday. The 87s were one shot better than Gately's and Jung's previous best. … Kling closed out her freshman season in 2014 as the team's scoring leader at 91.55, while Gately was close behind at 93.92. … Gately was the only Cardinal to compete in all nine tournament rounds a year ago.
