Brett Jackson (Edmonton, Alberta) turned in a four-over-par 146 to lead the Cardinals at the Winona State Triangular last weekend. … Jackson's opening-round one-over 72 was one shot off his collegiate best round of even-par 71 recorded at the Carthage Tim Kopeka Invitational on Sept. 12. … Jackson has now posted eight rounds in the 70s this season. …
David Iten (Fridley, Minn.) also turned in a career-best round at the Winona State Triangular, shooting a second-day 74. … Iten finished second to Jackson at the Winona State Triangular with rounds of 80-74—154, while
Hunter Rau (Plainview, Minn. / 83-82—165),
Kyle Brodt (Roseville, Minn. / 84-84—168), and
