Otte hit an impressive .571 in leading the Cardinals to a perfect 4-0 start to the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference season. The junior outfielder collected eight hits in 14 at-bats — including four doubles — while also scoring six runs and driving in three as SMU swept both St. Olaf (9-1 and 9-4) and Concordia (5-0 and 4-1). With his eight hits, Otte also extended her team-leading hitting streak to 15 straight.
