Albergo scored all three goals for the SMU men's hockey team in Saturday's 4-3 loss to Bethel. The freshman forward notched the Cardinals' first hat trick since Mike Glaesmer scored four goals at Hamline on Dec 6, 2008.

Albergo heads into this weekend's games against Gustavus with five goals, three assists and eight points.
